CONN MAGNET ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
CONNival is Conn's version of a spring-time carnival, host by PTA! CONNival offers fun and entertainment for families, while opening up an opportunity to facilitate the PTA's spring fundraiser raffle and silent/online auction. This is our last major CONNmUNITY event of the school year and we hope to see you there!
CONNival is for all families with current student(s) as well as rising '24 kindergarteners. Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
**CONNival '24 will feature carnival games, inflatables, music, guessing games, teacher experience raffle, silent auction and more!**
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Our annul spring event is 100% volunteer run! Please sign up for at least one 45-minute shift to help us ensure a safe space for all of our student families to enjoy this event. Many hands make light work!
MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL students are encouraged to volunteer for glitter tattoos and games.
ADULTS are encouraged to volunteer for inflatables, auction, raffle, prizes, and more.

Online sales through PTA Givebacks Store
Purchase during online pre-sale for bulk purchase discounts and to have your information printed on ticket for you!
$1 per ticket | 6 tickets for $5 | 20 tickets for $15 | 30 tickets for $20
Tickets purchased during online pre-sale will be labeled and available for pick-up at the raffle ticket table at CONNival. We ask that an adult pick up tickets.
Tickets will be available at CONNival for $1 per ticket (no bulk discount), cash only.
Please read information carefully before purchasing.
Raffle Information and Rules
1 raffle ticket = 1 raffle entry!
Pre-ordered raffle tickets will be labeled and available for pick-up at the event. Pick up at raffle table.
A few rules to keep in mind:
Raffle winners must be CONN student(s)!
There is no limit on the number of raffle tickets a student submits.
Student name, homeroom and parent contact information should be written on ticket.
Please ensure contact information in legible - even better... pre-order and PTA will label!
When the raffle concludes, it will be up to the teacher and winner to finalize dates and times.
Parents! Some of the teacher time experiences have pre-set dates/times. Confirm availability before your child enters these raffle options!
You must be present at the event to enter, but not to win.
Silent Auction
Silent Auction launches May 10th at 4:00 pm
Silent Auction closes on May 17th at 6:30 pm
Winners will have the option to pick items up at CONNival or the week following (more information to come)
Auction is 100% online
You do not need to be present at CONNival to win

RAIN OUT CONTINGENCY PLAN
In the event of rain, CONNival '24 will not be rescheduled. Rain out decision will be made by noon on Friday, May 17th. Communication will be shared email, social media and talking points.
