Welcome incoming kindergarten families! 

KinderCONN is a series of summer playgroup events for rising Conn kindergartners and their families to make friends, ask questions, and build our CONNmUNITY before the start of the school year. All base and magnet families are welcome to attend, and all CONNtrepreneurs get to bring home their very own yard sign to show their school spirit! We hope you will join us! • Wednesday, June 24, 5-7p, Lions Park: KinderConn Playdate #1

• Friday, July 17th - last day to submit your Classroom Environment Request Form (for all grades including rising kinders)

• Saturday, July 18th - 2nd KinderConn playdate at 9am - Mordecai Mini Park 

• Wednesday, July 1 - Renew your Conn PTA membership to get up-to-date information

• July 15ish -- renew or start your registration and approval process to become a volunteer through WCPSS. Instructions are here. 

• Saturday, August 22, 9:30-11:30a, Conn ES Playground: KinderConn Playdate #3

• Monday, August 24: 1st day of school for grades 1-5!

• Tentative: Monday, August 24 - Wednesday, August 26 or Thursday, August 27: Kindergarten Staggered Entry Week **typically assigned alphabetically by child's last name**

• Tentative: Friday, August 28: Kindergarten Meet the Teacher **typically mid-day, 11:30a-1p**

• Tentative: Monday, August 31: Kindergarten 1st day of school!
