2nd annual International Night - October 8

Who: The entire CONNmunity💛💙

Where: Cafeteria/Gym at Conn Elementary

When: Thursday, October 8, 5:00-6:30p

What: a fun and educational adventure around the world to celebrate our school's diverse CONNmunity! Explore different foods and traditions with our student and family ambassadors, enjoy performances, and more!

FALL BEAUTIFICATion DAY - Sunday, OCTOBER 4

Who: The entire CONNmunity including all ages 💛💙

Where: Main carpool lane garden bed

When: Sunday, October 4, 9a-12p (if significantly bad weather, rain date is October 11, 9a-12p)

What: Our annual campus cleanup/gardening day is here! Bring your gardening gloves, hats, yard tools, sunscreen and smiles to weed and prune the main carpool lane garden bed and surrounding plants/trees! PTA will provide the trash grabbers that our littlest Conn Cougars love to play with (no problem!). At the end, we'll announce a fun surprise about an upcoming CONNtrepeneurship project with our CONNmunity partners!

National Bike/Walk/Ride to SChool DAY - Wednesday, OCTOBER 7

Who: The entire CONNmunity including all ages 💛💙

Where: Temple Baptist Church parking lot (1417 Clifton St, Raleigh, NC 27604)

When: Wednesday, October 7, 8:15a, rain or shine

What: Bike and walk to Conn Magnet as a CONNmunity! Bring your coffee mug to enjoy beverages and lessons in safe walk/rides to school with our Conn Coungars! Ea

Join Conn PTA or renew your membership. The "Family membership" ensures two guardians receive communications from PTA. Message president@connpta.org for financial assistance.
Register as an approved volunteer with WCPSS for 2026/2027. Stay tuned for Conn administration's required volunteer training at the start of the school year.
