The Conn PTA strives to support our teachers both in and outside the classroom. Each teachers’ needs are unique, and our classroom parents work with their teacher to determine how best to support. Examples of how a classroom parent may support a teacher are:
- Serving as a communication liaison to all parents
- Coordinating in-classroom volunteers
- Organizing special events
- Collecting donations and supplies for events
- Updating the classroom wish list
If you interested in becoming a classroom parents, contact volunteer@connpta.org.
For safety and security purposes, please bring a photo ID and check in at the main office every time you volunteer on Conn campus. Pop in for 10 minutes or 2 hours during these times! No signup.com is required for these volunteer opportunities like last year. However, signing up for a lunch time slot is encouraged to know when your support is most needed.
